If you have excema or even just the winter itchies

What soap do you like? I think I have to switch from Dove to something even more plain, like Basis or Cetaphil. What else is good?

What detergent do you like?

What lotion do you like? I usually like Keri or Lush Dream Creme but I am open to suggestions right now.

Do you find that wearing cotton is best?

I love dove. I use dove for dry skin body wash. I also use dove melon body lotion. It feels cool when I put it on. It has helped so much. As soon as I come out of the shower I put it on while I am still wet. My dr told me to do this and it really helps. It helps to obsorb the water into my skin. I use all free and clear detergants. Since I used all this stuff it really helps. I have a friend who has it bad and she loves eucerin products. The calming cream is her favorite.

I use cetaphil cleanser and weldela lotion on both myself and my dc's. For me it's the only thing that works.

I use BBW and Philosophy body wash, but I don't think that's the issue because it's barely on my legs.

I use the BBW Body Lotion and that works, because it's thick and it really penetrates and stays on.

DH's dermatologist recommends Dove and Sarna lotion for his excema.

Any lotion with urea in it will help. Try Lac Hydrin lotion. HTH
