Jan-April 15th (tax season) you would need to work Saturday's but you rotate with 2 other people so you usually only work 1-2 per month. and considering feb is almost here it would only be 3 or 4 Saturday's from this point out. you get paid extra for that day.

the 3 days are flexible but we would require the same 3 days every week

the duties would be inputting and doing bank rec's, printing quickbook reports, light filing, assisting answer phones, assisting office manager with overflow work (bookkeeping stuff)

must have basic office skills- answering phones, filing, neatness etc. Were not looking for anything difficult just the basics, but neatness is very important to us

Hours are 9-5 with a one hour paid lunch
