Pediatricans
When did everyone start interviewing pediatriccians for your little ones... I don't know if it is too early to start or I should wait a little while....
I basically know which Doc I will be using but I still want to meet them first....

I met with mine when I was 4 months along. I know it was early, but I knew I wanted to use them and just wanted to get that off my list of to do items. Plus I figured if for some wierd reason I didn't like them after all, it gave me plenty of time to research and meet with other doctors.

I used to work for a practice in the Holbrook/East Islip area and they are GREAT. So it was easy for me to decide.

ask your OB who he/she uses if he/she has kids, that is what i did, i figured they would choose high quality docs in light of their profession and all the docs in my OB practice with kids go to the same peds practice.

I'm going to use the one my sister uses for my niece. They are a team of doctors, so no matter what they always can see her.

Thanks for all your responses I am going to look into this very very soon...
FOr all pregnant mommies to be: just to let you know that my brother ( who finally got back to me) who is a Pediatrician in Houston says that in Houston, he meets with parents to be from usually 32 weeks all the the way up to the day before delivery.
