1 lb loss

So I went to my 2nd meeting at WW tonight and I only had one lb loss. I'm a little upset because I thought it would be more. I've been eating healthy, drinking a lot of water. and walking a lot.

Michelle, don't worry, not everyone loses it so quick. I know after I quit for a while and went back, my first week loss was only about 1 pound too. But I realized that before I re-joined, I was trying to drink all the water and tried to start a little on my own. From what I hear in the meeting room (and I have been going for a long time!) it seems like the people who have the big week one losses had really horrible eating habits, so any changes they make produce a big loss during the first week or they have a lot of weight to lose, so the first few weeks it comes off quickly.

Hang in there and stick to it, it can work for you!

You should be happy 1 pound lost is 1 pound gone. It takes longer to lose it than to gain it. Also you said your walking alot muscle weighs more than fat.

1 lbs is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! now speaking of losing weight I have to get ready for the gym.
