slow cooker - not enough liquid?
Today is the first time I'm using my slow cooker. I put in a 4 lb pork rump roast with a 19 oz bottle of bbq sauce, but now I'm worried it might not be enough liquid. Anyone have a slow cooker and can tell me what's the worst that can happen?

The steam will make condensation which will make more liquid. Are you staying home with it or are you leaving it on while at work?

I think that should be ok. It will jsut dry out and get all crusty and gross if it isn't.
