Okay, I need don't eat the valentine's candy vibes!
Okay, so I've been good about staying away from the candy basket at work - I think I've indulged like 3 times since the beginning of the year - down from like 3 times a day before :P
Tomorrow is the true test. I know that my kids are going to give me candy. Please, please grant me the strength to not indulge too much. I'm actually not much of a candy person (salty snacks are my weakness!) but if it's in front of me it might be dangerous!

Tell yourself you must run 1 mile for every piece of candy eaten.
