Who knows how to cook...

lobster tails?

I am planning on making lobster tails tonight - And Im not sure how to cook it?

Any suggestions on what else I can make with the lobster?

Dessert?

Any help would be greatly appreicated!

We are making lobster tails tonight too. They are really easy. We crack them down the middle, brush on a little melted butter with garlic powder so they don't dry out, sprinkle some paprika, and then broil for about 7 minutes or so until the meat is white through and not gray. Enjoy!
