small step, but I'm proud!
So I made this great salad this morning and brought it to work. I've been eating salad for lunch for about 8 months now. Anyways, I'm eating and partway through I find a hair!  I know it's mine but I'm still grossed out.
Can't eat my salad so I go to the vending machine downstairs. Faced with all these treats, I choose a new fruit, seed, and nut bar, and not candy.  It was pretty good too. And the best part is that I used the stairs and not the elevator!!
So I really am making these small changes and sticking to them. And because of this, I actually WANT to eat better and am making better choices.
