Anyone know if their school is hiring or started the hiring process for their school? I know budget is tight but I figured Id ask..
I just cannot take it anymore where I'm at. Its not the kids its the admin- this is the worst I have ever seen them get!!! and its getting worse every day!!! 
Any sugestions?! Im looking for elementary Ed position

i wish i could offer something, but my school has leave replacements that have been with us 3-4 YEARS...there is not a tenure track position to be seen!
GOOD LUCK!! it's a tough year for job hunting even in the "secure" field of education.
