Leave Replacement on Resume? UPDATE!
Let's say you're 99.9% sure you'll be getting a leave replacement in April. Principal hasn't announced it to you yet, but as a permanent sub, you are put in this teacher's room when no teachers are absent in your building...since October. There's jobs you want to start applying to now. Do you put it on your resume?
Update: I should have just waited. Today the principal told me I will be taking over the Kindergarten classroom in the spring. I'm so excited!!!!

no!!
I wouldn't do that. People, especially in Education, are far too connected to do that. If you apply at District A saying you are going to be doing a leave at District B it could cause a problem. If the principals, secretaries, etc. are friendly they may ask about it. It could cause too many problems. District B may get angry that you assumed you were getting it and District A will be angry that you "lied" on your resume. You could kill your chances at two schools.
