WW meeting question -
I am going to officially rejoin this week.
I see on the schedule there is a "mommy and me" meeting. What does this entail? I supposed it would be ok for me to bring my 8 month old?

I have never been to a specific "mommy & me" meeting, but women do bring their kids, so that'd be fine. Good luck with your weight loss!

yes, you can certainly bring your child...it is encouraged!!
Basically the mommy and me meetings are such that you don't feel badly if you have to bring your child. And, it's all moms so there will most likely be other children there to help entertain. Also, the topis are tailored to living the program as a mom. So you are surrounded with like-minded people and you get advice from your "peers" so to speak.
I want to do a Mommy and Me so badly!!! But they are all in the morning 
I should propose one for the evenings...or for the weekend

Good!  If Lori Z does one of the meetings by you, I know she does some of them, then you should go to her...she is GREAT! All of the leaders are good, though.
