Re: Jenny Craig
my cousin works for Jenny Craig so she got the food half price so I bought 2 weeks worth
the food is ok some is very tasty others not so much .......its all prepackaged and they give you a menu of what to eat everyday the only thing you add is like a salad with lunch or dinner
personally I find it hard to stay on that kind of diet but if you can stick to it it does work because all your calories are calculated in your snacks and meals already for you

Re: Jenny Craig
I've done it. The food is actually pretty good. It was nice having all of your meals planned out for you, and having your portions controlled for you. I was succesful in losing about 20 lbs in about 3 months or so, however I was not successful in keeping it off. They don't really ease you back into "real" foods or develop a maintenance plan for you to follow. It is also expensive- a little more than $100/week. I think it's good if you want to "jump start" your weight loss, but in all honesty, pre-packaged, processed foods are not really what you want to be eating every single day for an extended period of time, and I still think in order to truly be succesful in not only losing, but maintaining your weight, you'd have to follow up with a program like Weight Watchers, which can actually teach you the right way to eat.
