Honestly, charting can help, it will allow you to see what your temps are up to.
Opks can become costly since you don't know where you are in your cycle. However, if you buy internet cheapies that can cut back on the cost. I personally would just use the clear blue fertility monitor sticks.
Charting would also help you pinpoint your date of conception ....
