what would you think?

about 4 weeks ago I hired a friend of a friend to work for me

I was pretty flexible with him since it's commission only

but he didn't call or show up yesterday- he was sick monday but he called me, tuesday I was leaving early so I didn't have him come in and wednesday- nothing

I left him 2 messages so far and haven't gotten a call back yet

right now I am playing the "I am worried card"

my guess is he is not coming back...but I wanted to see what other people thought

I would never not show up at a job- and since he always called me in the past I am confused

I think I need a new sales guy....

ETA- he has deals...he was/is doing really well- he even has some referals- so I just don't get this...it's not that fun to be the boss....

Totally rude and weird that he was a no show, no call.

I would be ******. If he doesn't show or call tomorrow, I would consider it a resignantion for sure!!! btw, I am looking, if you need someone

I just put an ad on craigs list

He finally responded to my text...

he said he is having some personal problems now and he wants some time to straighten them out

he loves working for me and he is sorry

I am still going to hire someone else- and if he gets it together...he can come back
