DH and I moved in together 6 months before the wedding. WE were initially planning on moving in after the wedding but because of our circumstances we had to do it earlier.
I would not change a thing. I love living with him. There was no real adjustment period for us. It was such a smooth transition and I loved being able to come home to him everyday.

We did. At first I was very against it, but it made the married life transition a piece of cake. Once we were married I knew how good it could be and how bad it could be (living together). If I had to do it over again, I would do it the same way.

Yes. We moved in together after 4 months of dating. 1.5 years later we got married! I guess you can say things went pretty well! LOL!

Yes we lived together and I wouldn't change that for the world. IMO, I think it's important to make sure you can live with someone before you decide to marry them.

We did. DH and I moved in together July 07 and he proposed Nov 07 (and we got married in Nov 08). I had my own apt for years and DH lived with his family. I had to move out of my apt so we decided to move in together because we knew we were on the path to engagement.
Id definitely do it again. I think you should know you can live with someone because you get married. lol. I'm a brat so it was a good thing to be sure DH could deal with me and my OCD. lol

we didnt live toghether before and I wouldnt have changed it.. it made it so nice to move into our house together for the first time.
i would have changed the fact that it took us dating 9 yrs before geting married  but i beleive that it was that way for a reason !

We did not. I'm glad we didn't bc now everything is so exciting and so new, I am loving being a newlywed.
A lot of people tried ti scare me saying "oh wow I would never not live with someone before I married them" but DH and I dated for a long time and spent a lot of time together. We knew that we knew eachother well enough that living together wouldnt be like this big crazy hard change, and it wasn't we love it! 
exactly!! i feel the same way.. we knew each other so well... we really didnt have any transition period it was like we had been living together forever, but we still had that excitement after we got married to move in togehter.

We lived together prior and I was happy we did. We had some kinks to work out when we first lived together so its good we got it worked out before marriage.

do to some unique circumstances, the dh actually moved in with my mom & i about two years before we were engaged! so i guess "technically" we did..but it was really like living separately under the same roof lol. COMPLETELY different from living on our own!
