Need some ideas on a wine charm

We are looking to do a personalized wine charm for a birthday party favor. Here is one I found on a website:




What ideas do you have that I can re-create this sort of thing to say "Paula's 50th Birthday"

I think the loops and the beads are easy to find and create, it's just the charm itself I need some brainstorm ideas on.

I saw something similar in a craft magazine the other day. The project used something like "shrinky dinks". They stamped the design, colored it in, punched a small hole in the top, cut the design out and then heated it with a heat gun. I know that you can get the plastic sheets in AC Moore and Michaels.

exactly what i would have suggested....shrinky dink paper

just make sure you do a test one, because when making keychains our holes weren't actually big enough for a keychain after shrinking

shrinky dinks would be the easiest to duplicate something like the picture.
