rainy day crafts
Need some new ideas for rainy day crafts for an almost 5 year old.
We have done t-shirt painting, gingerbread house making, popsicle stick and glue creations, and this clay mosaic I found at Michael's that lasted for hours and he was really proud of the finished product! But I want to have some more craft supplies on hand in the closet so the next bad weekend we don't have to run out to a store.

What about beading? I did this with my niece and nephew when they were about that age, and it kept them busy for hours. You could go to Michaels and buy one of those bead assortment kits with all different kinds and colors.

It's really easy...but what about paint by numbers, or even a puzzle. I don't know about what size to get for a 5 year old though. 100 pieces might be wayyyy too many!
