Will this be a Job Offer or 2nd interview??
I had an interview 2 weeks ago, it went well but you never know who you're up against. They emailed me a week later for my references, I sent them, and then yesterday I got another email saying
"Thank you for sending your references the other day. It was a pleasure speaking with XXX and YYY. We were wondering if you might be available tomorrow or another day early this week for another meeting with us."
Do you think this is for a 2nd interview or to offer me the job in person? I have not had any contact over the phone and the other person who interviewed me was CC'ed in the email. The organization is small, so it doesn't seem like I'll be meeting with anyone else (met with Executive Director and Director of the program, who would be my immediate supervisor).

did you already speak about salary requirements and benefits? it might be a meeting to discuss that type of stuff? I hope it's a job offer!

Thank you! No, we did not go over pay or benefits, it's a PT/Temporary, grant funded position for a foundation (non-profit health care).
It's so hard to tell, I wish she was more specific in her email! I dont know if I should be doing anything to prepare for the "meeting" or not.

it might be both-a 2nd interview and they might offer it to you at the end of the intvw...good luck!!

I would imagine it's a second interview -- I don't think many co's go without second interviews these days ... but if they like what they hear in the meeting, they may offer it to you at the end. Good luck!

I got the job! It wasn't a 2nd interview, it's a small foundation and very few FT staff left to interview me (mostly board members, committees), so I didn't think it could be but still wasn't sure. Thanks!
