Would you write "YES" if your DH worked there? Is he a "realative"?

I hate that question on applications. I never know if they are going to stop considering you if you did have a relative that worked there or does now.

I applied for a job at TD Bank a few months ago, and they asked me that question - and I said no. I realized after I filled out the app online that my cousin works for commerce which was bought out by TD ... oops. I wonder if they did a background check, found out we were related and then threw out my app because they thought I lied?? Do they even do that?? I wanted that job badly though so I wonder why I didn't get a call ...

Does he currently work there? If not, I would say "no".

If he is working there now, then yes.

I felt so dumb asking that questions but yes he does still work there so I chose "Yes". I hope it doesn't hurt me. I need a full time job again like no ones business
