Sprains
IT'S OFFICIAL IM FALLING APART
I hurt my wrist last night. Went to the doctor (walk in center) today who took some xrays. It's not broken so they said it's sprained...
OK...
Fine....
He said if it's not better within a few days I need to follow up with an orthopedist...
From what Im reading online (not trying to diagnose myself just trying to be more informed) it definitely sounds like I did more than a simple sprain...(I additionally have Hypermobility Syndrome which makes sprains and dislocations rather common)
Has anyone had a sprain (doesnt have to be just of the wrist) that wound up being more?

how did u sprain it?
getting an mri would be able to tell u if there were further damage....did you hear anything when you hurt yourself?

My 19 month old went running after his father and I grabbed him to stay with me. I did feel or hear something pop. It hurt right a way but did start really hurting until about an hour later...
