crazy stuff - updated!
Don't want to get into major details, but I may have some serious news for you all tomorrow re custody insanity!
Ahhhhh I shouldn't say anything more, but I am part nervous, part excited.
update: well, it happened! BM decided to go to FL and so DH now has SS a day early and we are keeping him an extra day. She of course threw a fit even though we are in the right to be watching him right now instead of her mom (no one forced her to go to FL with her new boyfriend, and the mom isn't given any special rights in the agreement) and even though our visitation this week ends on Saturday night her plane doesn't land until Sunday so we are not returning him until then, because otherwise we would be returning him Saturday night to a non-parent even though a parent is here to take care of him. We expect her to start something in court but that is actually a good thing because DH has a ton of issues and would be able to get the agreement modified.
SS is of course totally happy to have extra time with DH.
