Royal Icing
How do you make royal icing??? I've tried using the Wilton meringue...and it never comes out to a nice consistancy???

I use the WIlton meringue powder, but I mix it for 10 minutes, until it loses it's shininess.
Here is the recipe I use:
3 tablespoons meringue powder
1 box (4 cups) confectioners sugar
6 tablespoons warm water
