I had THE biggest scare today...
I pull up to our house and I see my Rottie-Bailey standing at the end of the driveway!!! This is 5:30 at night-DH had left for work at like 1. The garage door was up and the door from the garage to the house was open too!!!
She had been out for about 30-40 minutes but the neighbor across the street had said all she did was stand there, bark playfully at his daughters and go up to the end of their driveway!! She never ran off!!!
Just the thought of losing her.....

holy cow - what a good girl she was to stay put!! Glad to hear everything was okay! How did she get out though - did your DH forget to close the garage door when he left or something?

I think what happened was the inner door was not pulled closed all the way when DH left, then he didn't watch the garage door go down, so maybe it didn't or it went back up.
I think the only thing that kept Bailey in the cul-de-sac was the girls playing, she was watching them!
