5 years since my Mom died
I cannot believe its been 5 years. I just can't believe it. I can't believe all the things that have happened.....in 5 years I got my dream job twice, met my husband, got engaged, married, had 2 miscarriages.
I can't beleive she's missing this but somehow I think she's here. This is a bad time....I wish she were here with me. Since she's gone I have not been at peace at all......I miss her so much and really need her.

She is with you, everytime you feel the wind behind your back, or the lights flicker or her favorite song plays on the radio.. that is her way of telling you she is by your side.

i know how you feel. july will be eight years for me - she's missed my engagement, my wedding, my purchasing my first home...it's tough, i know how much it hurts to need your mom and not physically have her there with you. sometimes it helps me a little when i'm in a tough situation to try to think like my mom and follow what i think she'd tell me to do. it helps a little sometimes. I am so glad that my Mom was here to come to my wedding. She passed away 13 months after my wedding.
