new to LIF!
Hi all...finally made the transition over here from liweddings. I wasn't going to join but then I saw this forum for childless families and decided to join.
Hubby and I are happily childfree and plan to stay that way, we have one furry son. Looking forward to exchanging ideas/thoughts here with you guys

Welcome! We have a furry son too, although I don't refer to him that way with everyone. Only those who understand.
Your bunny is adorable! DH wanted one a while ago but I'm pretty sure dog+bunny=problem.

Oh, dogs and bunny definitely don't mix... I know that from firsthand experience. The poor little bunny didn't have a chance

thanks!! i found him on the street in brooklyn!! he's the best thing ever. I always promote the House Rabbit Society for adoptions if you're really interested:

I told DH this, but until we had an incident, he didn't really believe me. Our dog was sniffing around by the edge of our deck and a Mourning Dove suddenly scrambled out the other side. He saw the motion and instinct took over and he went for it. Caught it. Thank God he soft-mouthed it and I was able to get it from him and it got away.
If they're motionless, it's not a problem. The minute they bolt, his hunting ancestry takes over. Although I did see a Dog Whisperer where he rehabbed a service dog (black Lab as it turns out) to accept and not chase a rabbit.
