Pissy!
I am waiting for an email - I am checking constantly but nothing yet.....It is driving me nuts, I hate waiting, I am so impatient.....Please help the day pass before I go ape sh!t

thanks mici....
does anyone know how a title company could help negotiate a short sale? we've been waiting so long for the mortgage holders to respond to our offer so the REAs are getting the title company involved - my REA said that in her experience title companies seem to have the best luck in getting a response....
so i just keep waiting
