Healthy Eats 4/30
Breakfast: 90 calorie granola bar and green tea
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat 45 calorie bread and a slice of American Cheese
Snack: 100 calorie cookies
Dinner: Mommy is cooking, uh oh. I have will power, I can control my portions. . . LOL or at least TRY!
Workout: 30 minuts on AirWalker

breakfast- raisin bread
snack- grapes
lunch- quizno veggie sandwich- after I weigh in of course
snack- apple sauce
snack 2 b4 the gym- yogurt
dinner- lean burgers, light ww rolls & baked sweet potato fries
I really eat all day long

I really eat all day long
MB you are supposed to eat all day long. Small meals or snacks so that you don't overeat at meal time. DH tells me I eat all the time too - but you know what? it helps me not to be starving when I get home and then i don't eat while cooking or overeat during dinner.

Breakfast: 1 cup frosted shredded wheat cereal and tea with one tbsp sugar
AM snacks: grapes, 50 calorie caramel rice cake
Lunch: 2.5 slices turkey and 2 slices american cheese on multigrain bread, 100% juice minute maid juice box (I drink water all day at work, at lunch and dinner I need flavor in my liquids!)
PM snack: 8oz sliced peaches
Dinner: quesadillas - chicken, cheddar cheese and red peppers - and brown rice I think.
Dessert - 100 calorie good humor ice cream snack pop if I am hungry.

Snack: 1/4 C. craisins and light string cheese
Lunch: Weight Watches Mac N Cheese & Banana (talk about a yellow lunch....)
Snack: Weight Watchers Cookie
Drive Home Snack: Organic Whole Grain Graham Bunnies (I'm addicted!)
Dinner: I think DH is making whole wheat pasta w/ 93% lean meat sauce

I just bought a box of these yesterday - I am going to be getting up very early Sun and need something I can eat in the car. I got the croissant, egg white, cheese and sausage one - so excited to eat it! Been wanting to try it for a while - those commercials are hysterical.

I recommend putting it in the fridge the night before to thaw. Then microwave it for like 40 seconds.

I ate my grapes around 10:15 and am now eating a rice cake. I eat constantly!

Morning - Canteloupe
2Tbs - Organic Peanut Butter
Lunch - Chicken stir fry on a multi grain wrap
Grapes
Dinner - Multi grain Rotini pasta with diced tomato & onion
1tbs grated cheese
Snack - WW ice cream (MAYBE)
Workout - fast walk 4 miles & abs (this is really my off night) not runningcause im going with friends that dont run!

lunch- morning star riblet and small salad
dinner - I'm on my own i might pick up sushi made with brown rice
snack- salt and vinegar almonds <-my new addiction!
ps- the recipe i made from self yesterday was yummers!
