Healthy Eats 5/01
Breakfast: 100 calorie cookie pack, it was all I had at my desk and I have no will power to go to the cafeteria. . .
Lunch: 2 slices of Whole wheat 45 calorie bread and a slice of American Cheese
Snack: 60 calorie light and fit yogurt
Dinner: Japanese food - yum!
Workout: 30 minutes on Airwalker.
Today is the first day of Commit to be Fit. It is a program at my job where you sign up and log your exercise. The goal is 30 minutes a day. I would like to achieve gold status which is 30 minutes a day for 25-30 days in May!
I lost 5lbs in 2 weeks. So now I am super motivated to keep it up! I usually treat myself to a bagel on Fridays but I even cut that out! I overate last night at my mom's but then felt SO sick, I think my body is already adjusting to the smaller portions I have been eating!

Breakfast: 1 cup frosted shredded wheat with two cut-up strawberries, tea.
Snack: grapes, maybe a caramel rice cake (50 calories)
Lunch: not sure yet - going to get something - maybe a slice of pizza, maybe a jr bacon cheeseburger from wendy's. Not so healthy, huh??? oh well it is friday.
PM snack: pudding cup
Dinner: WW meal I think. going shopping so I want to eat something quick.

dinner- going out with my sister so not sure yet

there were bagels and muffins in the kitchen, and i just caved and ate like 1/8 of a chocolate muffin. SO yummy.
and I think I am going to eat my rice cake now too. i am HUNGRY today.

hey girls! i've been mia due to no internet but i'm back! i've been doing pretty good - with a little cheat here & there lol.
Today:
Breakfast: i caved... bagel & a coffee
Lunch: 60cal yogurt, an orange, and a special k bar spread w/some peanutbutter.
Dinner: not sure yet! i'm procrastinating going to the grocery store as we speak

Breakfast: Bowl of Organic O's with skim milk.
Lunch: Eggwhites on a whole grain high fiber bagel and 2 handfuls of nuts.
Dinner: Looking like a salad at Mama Theresas....

Breakfast: Instant oatmeal
Lunch: Lean Cuisine panini and 1/2 can tomato soup
Snack: 2 small handfuls of chex mix and a stringcheese
Dinner: Side Salad with balsamic dressing, and a turkey burger (made by DH) on a potato bun with fat free cheese and ketchup
(i ALWAYS eat fries when we have turkey burgers so it was a big deal that i had a salad instead..i'm really trying!!!)
dessert: i am thinking of having a yogurt with cut up strawberries and a little granola mixed in
