Any way to avoid sinus infections?

I feel like I get a sinus infection every other month and then I am on antibiotics.

I have a neti pot, but I dont use it often. Are there other natural ways to avoid sinus infections?

I would suggest you use your neti pot daily. I think you will see a big difference.

Using the neti pot will start to dry out your sinuses if you use it too often.

I was told to take a multi vitamin and try to keep your immunity system up and so far this allergy season it has helped!

If the neti pot doesn't work for you try using a saline nasal spray. In the morning and before going to bed

I went to an acupuncturist for sinus infections.....Even though I r'cvd treatments - he said that he had a lot of patients who had sinus infections....he said he thinks sinus infections are stemmed from anger. (yeah, anger). So I went about 16 months w/ no infections....Then 2 months ago I get a sinus infection and thought where did this come from - well, I had gotten an unexpected call- like 3 days earlier which really made me mad - so now I wonder if there is any truth to it.

My boss says Vit B helps to ward them off.

My Aunt has worked for an allergist foe over 20 years. They swear by telling their patients to use neti pot at least 2x daily. When I use it 2x a day I fell sooooo much better. Try it for at least a month and see how you feel. Once you feel so much better w/o drugs you will want to keep it up. I'm sure it may not work for everyone.......but it does work for many, many and has for centuries.
