Healthy Eats 5/11
Taryn suggested we post this on NFR ... I agree that we should post elsewhere, but maybe diet and fitness, or health, is a better spot??
Here's my planned foods for 5/11 ...
Breakfast - 1 cup (or thereabouts .. ) of cinammon pecan special K with 2% milk, tea
AM snack - 90 calorie special K bliss bar (raspberry and chocolate, YUMMY!)
Lunch - smart ones (WW frozen meal) - pasta primavera, about 8 baby carrots
PM snack, if needed - 50 calorie rice cake
Dinner - pasta (supposed to have it last week but we were out shopping and just grabbed pizza since DH had to go pick something up at a friend's house afterwards .. )

It will never last on NFR - it will be moved to D&F
Breakfast: Special K bar and Green Ginger Tea
Lunch: 45 calorie whole wheat bread with 2tbsp of reduced fat peanut butter
Snacks: 100 calorie cookies and a 60 calorie light and fit yogurt
Dinner: making chicken with 98% fat free cream of chicken soup over egg noddles and vegetables. (recipe on the can)
Workout: half hour on Air Walker, 100 crunches, like one push up LOL and stretches

breakfast half a bagel (not the best thing, but i was in the mood) toasted w/olivio spread, coffee
Lunch: watermelon, 60cal yogurt, 8 honeywheat pretzle twists
Dinner: not sure yet! i'm still thinking about it lol..

Breakfast: Coffee, yoplait lite yogurt, WW mozz stick
Lunch: lean ham on WW rye bread with a slize of mozz, 6 dried prunes/plums
Dinner: leftover shrimp parm (only 3 pieces) with a salad
Snacks: fruit strip, fiber one bar, apple crisps

Breakfast - Luna Bar w/ yogurt
AM snack - Mint Zone Bar. mmm
Lunch - Peanut Butter on an Apple
Dinner - Grilled Chicken with veggies
PM snack - honeydew melon
and lotsa lotsa water.
(I've been so bad this weekend. It feels good to get back on track)

I was kinda bad this weekend...trying to start off the week good
breakfast: instant oatmeal and a dunkin donuts coffee milk and sugar (prob too much sugar though)
lunch: lean cuisine and a fat free yogurt
snack: light string cheese and a few mixed nuts
dinner: turkey meatloaf, brown rice, and stringbeans
after dinner: cup of tea and maybe a yogurt if i am still hungry

Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel Lunch: chicken with rice Dinner: boca burger, mixed vegetables snacks: light and fit yogurt, 100 calorie chex exercise: 45 elliptical, 30 strength (abs and back)
