My DH Says It Has to Jiggle
The great debate about exersize:
I do the elliptical for cardio-he likes the treadmill.
He thinks that in order to lose the fat, you have to jiggle it..
Meaning if you are running on the treadmill and not walking or doing the elliptical you are jiggling your fat.
That's what he thinks reduces your fat.
So as long as his belly is jiggling he is happy ..
sometimes I think that he was dropped on his head as a child.

So i guess those really old fashioned "exercise" machines that just shook you around were more productive than an hour on the bike?

I thought of this while I was on the treadmill yesterday, I was like jiggle away....lol.... this really is funny but kind of makes sense I hope I can "jiggle" it right off!

You know, I actually feel the same way!! I don't feel like I get a good enough work out unless I've run on the treadmill. For some reason, the elliptical just doesn't feel like enough for me - I think it's the jiggle factor!!!
