As we were walking out of the stadium today, people were chanting "Let's Go Yankees" and then I shouted immediately after "Let's Go Mets!"

Two good things came out of yesterday
1 - Yanks beat the Phils, so we are 1/2 game out
2. I have some new ammo against my Yankee fan family who harass me regularly - sorry Tara
We constantly debate over the NL and the AL - with them saying that the AL has the better teams. I can currently say that the Mets have a better record vs. the Red Sox than the Yankees do

with the Mets, I learned a long time ago to live in the moment, because a good vibe one day can change rapidly
So, I'm going to tout the Met-Sox record for as long as I can.
Of course today was an embarrassment - but I'll take 2-3 from the Sox, ESPECIALLY when you consider that we had no Reyes, no Delgado, and no K-Rod (as of last night).
And a 5-5 split on the road trip, despite the fielding errors is acceptable.
