Bad classes=night-long headache!
I'm wondering if I'm the ONLY person this happens to...I have two TERRIBLE classes, the last two periods of the day. I get a headache, which mostly turns into a migraine and find that there are MANY nights that the headache continues and I'm tired and out of it at home.
Please tell me I'm not the ONLY one!

YES!!!!!!
I would often leave work with a headache after dealing with screaming kids in some of my really bad classes... the stress of trying to quiet them down & stay on task would give me a pounding headache.
Not so much anymore though, now I kind of tune it out & mentally remove myself from it all. I don't raise my voice or get upset much anymore and now I don't get as many headaches after work as I used to.
