I am trying to figure out how many words Ryan can say now

I am trying to figure out how many words Ryan can say now
but do I count approximations that he uses regularly as words, or the actual words?
For example, he calls a house, a hotch.. but all the time. So do I count that?

I was told to use them, if he is consistent with that approximation for that word.

yes if he consistently used it yes!! that's articulation and they don't worry about that til 3. that's what i was told when my son was 2!! he ended up having tubes in his ears bc he was hearing like he was under water!
