HOW LONG should I wait for AF?
I obviously never ovulated...probably because of the cyst I had on last sono. I temped, and used OPKS till about day 22-24 on my cycle and gave up. I ususally have 28 day cycles and longest ever was 33 or 34 days I think.
Im on day 32 now..so not too worried yet...but I'am wondering if it doesnt show...when should I call the RE?
Im going through so much getting better from last weeks surgery, I'm more inclinded to wait it out a while, but wanted to see if thats a good idea in everyones opinion...
*on a side note..I had some HORRIBLE pain in my side all day yesterday into last night and arly this am....nothing since...felt like on my right ovary...."could" have been the cyst bursting...

Do you ever have nay other AF symptoms? Do you feel any of them ?

nope..nothing...
and this is the first time I have ever experienced not ovulating..
I would be fine with waiting it out a month, but Im not sure if thats the right thing to do...
I know if I call the drs office, they are gonna say to come in and Im on "partial" bed rest right now and just am NOT up to dealing with a dr's visit ya know?

Donna,
You probably didn't ovulate this cycle. If you didn't you most likely will have a longer cycle. As you know I am annovulatory (w/o the help of drugs... the only lazy part about it is my ovaries ) and would go 3-4 months w/o a period. I'd wait to day 40 this will give you the added bedrest and they can always put you on Provera to get you started if AF doesn't come by then. I think my ob/gyn said cycles longer than 38-40 days are usually considered annovulatory.

I will wait then till around day 40 if she doesnt show...
