my chart
Can you guys take a look at my chart and let me know what you think? This is my first month charting..but not sure what to make of it. I have been spotting since 4dpo!! Had my progesterone tested at 7dpo and was told it was normal. Any advice? Thanks@

Re: my chart
I would suggest asking the doctor for the exact progesterone level. Is this a RE who told you the progesterone level was normal or an ob/gyn ?
Sometimes ob/gyns just check to see if you ovulated, and therefore their levels are lower.
Your estrogen:progesterone ratio may be a bit off ...and that can cause spotting.

Re: my chart
Thanks redstar! I am waiting for my test results to come in the mail for the exact #'s. It was my OB who sent me for the test. My TSH was also slightly elevated and she wanted me to repeat that! I am thinking about heading to an RE. My ob hasn't suggested it yet. But it has been almost a year! any suggestions?

Re: my chart
After a year, definitely seek the help of a RE...especially if your tsh is elevated. A tsh level should be .5-2.5 when ttc. Ideally it should be close to a 1-2. The range for tsh otherwise is up to 5 I believe. So if yours is elevated, it may be too high for ttc.
Your ob/gyn might have just confirmed your ovulation. Progesterone testing is usually done by ob/gyn's for that reason. For instance, if your progesterone is over a 3-5, chances are you ovulated...but if it needs to be over a 10 for you to have a good chance of sustaining a pregnancy. If it's not over a 10, progesterone supplementation can be given to give you a boost.
However, some people just always have low progesterone and can sustain pregnancies. It's very individualized. Others suffer miscarriages because of this.
Your chart looks fine, you really can't tell much by a chart. The thing that would concern me is the spotting and the temps hovering the coverline...because usually that has to do with progesterone.
You are definitely still in the game !!! I wish you tons of baby dust !!! I hope this is it for you !!!
