scrapbooking crops?
I am looking to go to crops, but I don't know where to even start to find one. Can anyone help?

There are always "big ones" I find most in nassau, ask at the scrapbook stores for any more local. If you are looking for other scrappers that gather at homes once or twice a month, check out meetup.com, I know of at least 3 in suffolk, one in ronkonkoma even.

Unless they are toddler friendly, an all day crop is out. I think I should start small.

There's a monthly crop at St. William Abbot in Seaford. The next two are July 17th, 2009
August 14th, 2009
They run from 6:30-11pm in the school's basement - you can of course arrive & leave whenever. There's no charge for the crop but they do sell 50/50 raffle tickets as fundraising for the school.
Oh and they have a few vendors there in case need anything or just want to look around.

I used to go to that one but they don't send me the info anymore. LOL, I got rejected from the Seaford Crop!!! Is it still the same? Back then I could just show up, no signing up in advance. It's not local for me but it was a halfway point for me to meet a friend! Now she is gone from the area totally, though.

It's still the same set up. They don't sell snacks & drinks anymore but otherwise same ole same ole.
