What a day...
While part of me is so relieved that the teaching part of this year is almost over, I had the most unbelievably draining day today saying goodbye to these seniors -- mostly because this particular group is having THE hardest time leaving this particular nest. I've never seen SO many hysterically crying as the day ended -- boys AND girls -- on each other, on me... I'm really going to miss them so much.

My "baby freshman" are graduating this year. They were my first class. I am really feeling it tonight. I have books for 2 very special girls and I can NOT bring myself to write a message in them. I totally relate to what you are going through.

I know  The end of the year is bittersweet! Who doesn't love  ? Yet it is SO sad to say goodbye to these kids you have seen mature and learn all year. I cry at every moving up day

I'm certainly up for that  Again for being such a great teacher! Seriously, you are a role model for me even after 10 yrs teaching. Now go cheer up

I have had years like that and this was not one of them. I am so done! I am a fried egg right now. My seniors have sucked the life out of me this year! Good ridance!
