yes- you will need a sponser to get your lic- you don't need one to take the class
I did the more expensive package- I got the book and the review

and do the practice exam in the back
at least 15 questions on the practice exam where on the NYS exam

tomorrow I get the results online
when you sign up for the test- you sign up online and then they post the results

my boyfriend took the test the same day as me- but in franklin square and his results are up
he passed
they only tell you pass/ fail
he though he failed- he just passed the final with a 70
I think I passed for sure- I did much better on the final then he did
of course- I will be working for his company- 
but he is not the brooker yet- his lawyer is- I will beat him to be a booker!

no- you need a sponser to get your lic.
you can take the class and test on your own

when you pass poth??? after this test there is another one?
Once I tak this test on line then I can go to a realty and work for them...but I still dont have my lic so what is it that I can do for them
