CBS TV will have an interview with David B. Shaev, a Manhattan bankruptcy lawyer. It will be all about the myths and misleading things that people hear about bankruptcy. He taped the interview this morning. I was one of the attorneys involved in a round of e-mails in which he talked about what he wants to say. He's a fellow NACBA member, a great attorney, nice guy and he helps a lot of other attorneys with his advice. I am looking forward to seeing this.
