Sports Talk Radio
I know we've done this before, but what does everyone listen to on a fairly regular basis?
I try to listen to Steve Somers "Schmoozie" after the Met games as much as I can. I have a recorder that allows me to record live streams and then put them on my ipod - so I usually do that with his show, since it's on late, and listen in the morning during my commute.
Sometimes I do this with the Mad Dog on Sirius as well.
During football season, Joe Beningo on the Monday after a Jet game is a must.

Re: Sports Talk Radio
i hate francesa
i like joe and evan, but i like them more during football season, because joe captures the jet fan mindset so well
just like schmoozie does for the mets. Joe does too, but with schmoozie, you get the gut reaction RIGHT after the game.
I didn't listen Friday night, after Castillo dropped the ball...I couldn't....

Re: Sports Talk Radio
I love Boomer and Carton...they just make me laugh no matter what the subject.
On the way home I flip between Francesa and Michael Kay. Francesa has really begun to piss me off. He is so rude to people...he doesn't let anyone talk!!! And the second he talks about horse racing or golf...it's off. Kay can be annoying but he makes a good point now and then, and I like his manner with the callers A LOT better than Francesa.

Re: Sports Talk Radio
my DH has the Fan on allthe time. in the morning to the train its Boomer and Carton..they're pretty funny together.
then its Mike Francesa in the afternoons. I know he listens to Steve Sommers as well on the weekends.
the fan has grown on me. I used to like Mad Dog.
DH also watches Jim Rome..is he on the radio as well or just TV?
