Stye under the bottom eyelash

But outside of the eye. Never had one outside the eye before. But, I'm guessing that's what it must be. It looks like the smallest of little bumps, doesn't hurt as much as feels a bit funny. Any suggestions to get rid of it other than a warm compress???

If it's not a stye, could I have maybe scratched it and if so what should I put on it???

go to the drug store and in the eye care aisle there is stuff called STYE. it is a little tube of ointment. Put that on it with hot compresses and it should be gone in a few days. Throw away your mascara.
