I'm 21 weeks now and miserable . I had a little extra weight to begin with, I asked my OB if this was why, he said everyone is different...so who knows. I know my Sister had twins and was running after 2 little boys and didnt feel nearly as bad as I do.
I can barely breathe most of the time, sleeping is almost impossible, something is always "falling asleep" and turning over side to side is getting hard.
I say daily I have no idea how I will make it to 38 weeks....

This pregnancy was more difficult for me overall, but from 33 weeks on I was very uncomfortable.

I was great until week 27 then I wanted to shoot myself....LOL I am at week 31 now and cant wait for these kids to come out....its to much weight to carry I feel like my insides are going to fall out....this being said I only gained 20 lbs but feel like I put on 50.....

Somewhere around 31 or 32 weeks it got bad - wasn't able to sleep or even turn over to the other side in bed, it got really hard to go up & down the stairs in my house, so once I was down, I was down for the day.

Around 30 weeks was when it got really bad, I couldnt sleep, get comfortable, etc...

Around 29-30 weeks it got really uncomfortable...with the movement and all and at 33 weeks it got unbearable due to pressure between my legs (one of the twins head was very low there). I could barely walk the last three weeks and had to be mostly on bedrest. I had them at 36.

26 weeks and it was at that time I was put on bedrest for the remainder of the pregnancy. Had the twins at 33 weeks and they were perfect and breathing on their own/no problems nursing or eating.
