job interview

I had a job interview on Thursday, I still have not heard from them they said they would call either way. I really wanted this job... please say some that they call. I have been at my current job 5yrs and I really want out !!! how long before hey usually call ?

they may still be interviewing. i would wait it out...they said they would call. if you don't hear anything by thursday, i might call and follow up.

i would send a thank you letter for the interview and say that you look forward to hearing from them soon. then i would follow up with a phone call in 2 days.

I have been hearing this line too the last 6 weeks interviewing and they seem to forget that they said they would call to let me know. Either way I had to send a follow up email a week later to them to ask politely if they had made a decision. Then I would get a call from them.

After any interview I usually send a thank you so try to keep that in mind. You would usually do it the same day or the day after. This might make you stand out some more. Good luck!!!
