Working out your Back with Dumbbells ?
Any new techniques besides Bent Over Row?

You can do a 2-handed row. So you have a dumbbell in each hand, either palms up or palms down (palms down works the back differently and doesn't use the biceps).
Deadlifts work the lower back (and also hamstrings and glutes).
Upright rows work the trapezius (and shoulders).

If you lay on your stomach on a bench, hold each dumbbell and raise your arms out on each side like you're flying. I hope that makes sense...
