Chocolatey treat - 1 pt WW recipe
I was hesitant when I found out "how delicious these were and I should try them." I made them and they are YUMMY! Perfect for a chocolate craving! I don't know what they are called, but here is the recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups Fiber One
6- 8 oz. Nestle's semi sweet morsels
or milk chocolate morsels
1/4 cup raisins
Melt morsels in microwave until softened
Mix in Fiber one with raisins
On a cookie sheet drop 16 spoonfuls of mixture
Put into refrigerator until chilled
Very similar to "Chunky Bar"
Only 1 Point a piece
YMMMMMMMMMM

sounds good, but I never have had fiber one. Can you think of a similar cereal that I could substitute?

I think that fiber one is used because of the high fiber content and because they have that birds nest like shape . . . . I am sure you can use bran flakes, but I am not certain of how the points value would change.
