Charting- is it as complicated as it looks?
We've been getting nowhere and I've found that I'm not figuring out the OPKs right. I have been thinking about temping/charting, but it just looks confusing and complicated. Is it?

nope - just take your temp at the same time everyday and enter it on your chart. I highly recommend fertilityfriend.com. The basic membership is free!

It's not hard at all. At times it feels a little inconvenient, but completely worth it for the peace of mind of knowing your body better. make sure you get a basal body thermometer, I use the BD Basal, which has worked best compared to CVS brand or Walgreens brand. Others I'm sure can recommend which they like?
I completely agree with Donna on getting the Taking Charge of Your Fertitlity book. It is a great resource for understanding your body.
Lots of luck

I was in the same situation last month and took a stab at fertilityfriend.com. Believe me when I tell you, if I can do it, anybody can. You just take your temps, and fill it in. I also recommend the digital OPK from First Response. It gives you a O if you are not ovulating , or a if you are. Got my today as a matter of fact.
edited to add baby dust to you!!
I meant clearblue easy...not first response

Re: Charting- is it as complicated as it looks?
Thanks ladies, I appreciate it.
I went to Rite Aid before, the only one they had was the Rite Aid brand. I'll try it for a while. One drawback of being up here in the sticks- only two drugstores nearby, both Rite Aid! I'm going to get TCOYF later this week when I begin vacation, it's a good time to begin.
Thanks again for your support, and lots of to all!
