I just realized I can dowload programs from ifit.comto my treadmill!!!
Does anyone else use this website and want to share a workout that they love?

I have it too but I never used it.
my computer is in the office and my treadmill is in the spare workout room so I have to get a computer in there to hook it up. Let me know if its worth it.
