anyone have one of these or know what types of jobs you can get with a certificate? TIA

There really is no such thing as a clinical dietitian certificate. If by certificate you mean RD (4 year undergrad in nutrition + 6-12 month internship + RD Exam) then you can work pretty much anywhere they hire RDs (hospitals, nursing homes, Rehab centers, Private Practices, MD offices)
