BOSTON
We're going next week. Any suggestions of things to do/ places to see while we're there? Neither of us has ever been there before.
Thanks

Re: BOSTON
I love the aquarium too.
It's seasonal and it may be too early, but if you want to go about an hour north to Newburyport, you can go whale watching. Seriously, it was one of the coolest things I've ever done.

Re: BOSTON
If you want to laugh, go to Dicks Last Resort in Quincy Market. Just be prepared- it can be raunchy and rude but funny!!

Quincy Market was great.
Def do a walking tour. Dh and I walked on the street that Cripus Attucks was killed on. It was a little cobblestone street.

Re: BOSTON
Duck or Trolley Tour Science Museum Faniel Hall North End -- great Italian restaurants and capppuccino places. Also home to The Improv -- an amazing comedy (improv) club!! Top of the John Hancock building Boston Commons should be beautiful now -- gardens and paddle boats.
I don't think much of the tours of Boston Harbour actually - not much to see.
We go often.....

These are all great, I would also include:
Theater District (we saw Mama Mia) Filen's Basement (best shopping/sales) Duck Tours (get tickets in Quincy Market)

Re: BOSTON
Duck Tours are fun. Definitely eat in the North End. I went to a place called Asiago and it was great. The aquarium is awesome too.

Re: BOSTON
Quincy Market/Faneul Hall is a MUST -- also we went to that building that has the overlook of the entire area, that was nice.
We loved Boston Public Gardens
And Salem is awesome and not all that far away!
